Welcome to Squid Support. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Squid Solutions B.V..

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services. You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Squid Support provides an AI-powered customer support platform designed for e-commerce businesses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

Access to certain premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis as outlined during the checkout process. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, including Dutch VAT (BTW), which will be added where applicable based on your billing location.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws, including but not limited to the laws of The Netherlands.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Dutch law, Squid Solutions B.V. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
